Email Broadcast Charges are based on the total number of messages sent out regardless whether they are valid, non-valid or are successfully or non-successfully received by the target recipient
Email Report Feedback will advise on the following totals (No. of Emails Sent, No. of Rejected Mails, and Reasons for Rejections[Over Quota, Invalid Addresses, and Unknown Users], as well as provide a list of bounced email addresses in each respective category.
